More HCG & Low Carb Comments

I know there’s all types of ways to get fit and trim but would suggest to those that suffer from pre diabetic conditions and hypoglycemic episodes to checkout the hcg protocol.  Years of stress, sugars and high glycemic carbs appear to put many individuals at risk for diabetes along with genetic predisposition.

I found that eliminating most sugars and simple carbs is very helpful to maintaining weight and levelling blood sugar swings.  The problem I found with going very low carb like Ed reported in post is that you can only maintain for a very short period of time before “falling off the wagon”.

Who wants to feel deprived and grumpy to lose weight.  I actually stayed on less than 100 carbs per day for 6 months - the maximum recommended limit to the Atkins diet.

Although getted shredded was great and showing a 6 pack at 50 an ego boost, I felt tired and lethargic to say the least.

As a student of many things, I searched the internet and found the Simeon weight loss cure and also the Trudeau report.  After extensively reviewing for side effects, and adverse or no results, I found there were no negative findings (except the FDA simply said it did not work).  Even the FDA reports NO side effects!

I went forward under controlled conditions and followed the protocol to the letter.  I first cleansed for one month by taking fiber and the suggested natural products to eliminate any yeast.  I lost 10 lbs after one month and was not starving myself by any means.

I followed with daily injections for only 10 days as I only needed to lose 10 lbs to meet my goal.  After 10 days, I had lost 20 lbs in 40 days and three months later now have lost an additional 5 lbs.  I eat what I want but still low sugar and fairly low carbs…I will eat bread, muffins, brown rice, etc…drink a few beers a week and simply do not gain weight whereas before, if I ate like I currently do, I would have gained it all back….this is only a report of my experience and similar to thousands of others but a reminder that I am not a Dr. and do not purport to make any medical claims or suggestions …..:)
